This is me standing on Maroseika-Pokrovka, and on my right hand I have the entrance to a charming cafe/Italian food store Don Giulio Salumeria (Pokrovka 27), and on the left (but closer to the Kitay-Gorod metro station) – a tent with products from Greece “Archondarik” (Maroseyka 14), also charming by the way. How I did not notice it before-I do not know! In the Italian store almost any forbidden please! Prices are different, there are some items cheaper than in Auchan.
In the Greek tent which is located on the territory of the temple of Cosmas and Damian, but still visible from the street, there are delicious olives, sweets, and various goodies, and Greek olive oil(!). This is my favorite olive oil ever! Portuguese is very similar to it, I also recommend it. Spanish and Italian oils are common in taste and aroma. The prices here are quite reasonable.
Total: the range in both places is cool, even exclusive. And the quality of what I tried, just yes.
I love such places as not in Moscow)
