Massage cabbage Kale

Kale is a cabbage, which itself is quite hard and has no pronounced taste, but it’s perfect for salads and many other dishes, as perfectly retains its shape and structure without turning into a green mess, and perfectly accentuates the taste of other ingredients.

For salads Kale definitely need to massage it in, otherwise it will be tasteless.

How to do it:

1. Lettuce wash, remove tough stems and cut arbitrarily. Then take some dressings for your salad, or olive oil with balsamic vinegar/Dijon mustard. In General, what is suitable to the dish, which is cooked. On a handful of lettuce should be about 1 tbsp of filling.
